Welcome! I would love the opportunity to help create a beautiful and memorable experience to celebrate and honor this beautiful journey you or someone you know are on.

What costs to expect

A baby bump belly paint will typically be between $150 - $300+ depending on the design, time and if any additional services like travel or photography are needed.

All body paint bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit for my time planning and preparing and securing your date.

Choosing a theme or design Think about what you kind of design you may be looking for. Is there a specific purpose for the session such as a pregnancy announcement, gender reveal or to match your baby’s nursery so photos can be hung to match? If you have inspiration images I am happy to see them, but I will create my own unique design for your body paint. I often enjoy leaning toward a nature theme (sun, moon, stars, flowers, forest, desert, ocean, animals) - I am very open to other themes as well and look forward to discussing!

Are the products safe?

Body paints are non-toxic and all practices done with proper hygiene and sanitation <3

How long does a session take? Typically a maternity body paint session will take 1.5 - 2.5 hours. With an intricate design or more skin being painted, the session may take longer and this will be noted ahead of time with a time range and pricing estimate. If the session needs to take place in a short amount of time I can accommodate with a simplified design.

How long does the paint last? The paint will stay until it gets wet. If you’d like the paint to be sealed to last a bit longer, let me know and we can spray a light mist of setting spray.

How to remove the paint Removal is often really easy and the body paint should come right off in the shower. Recommended to spread a moisturizing agent and a liquid soap or cleanser all over the belly to break down the makeup (micellar water, coconut oil, cetaphil, etc. and a cleanser). Then gently remove paint residue with a wet wash cloth. Rinse and apply lotion to skin after drying off.

If a tint of color remains after cleaning, it’s okay! Recommended to keep skin moisturized. The makeup is non-toxic and harmless and will fade on its own.

What to wear Recommended to wear comfortable clothing where belly is easily showing or opens in the front (bandeau, open-front maternity gown, shirt or tank top that can lift over belly). Keep in mind paint may get on clothing. Simple, solid clothing is recommended versus busy patterns that may be distracting.
